The Puerto Rico native has more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He approaches dining experiences with an artistic eye; always focusing on the balance and position of everything around him. Move an object a millimeter off-center if you want to see him squirm.
Adrian
The funny one. Sharp, impatient and always seemingly on the verge of exploding at the trivial things that annoy him (Adrian in particular). He’s very lovable, actually. Born and raised in New York City which is where he says he is from regardless of where he resides. Raised for 10 years by sharks in the restaurant industry which has led him to develop a style of service he calls “charismatic aggression.” As long as the food is great and the vibe is cool he can eat anywhere, again and again.

Edwin
